      • Lavendar?! Did you find one called “bacchio” (kiss)? It was lemony, if I remember correctly. But, yeah, vanilla is the best one in any country. 🙂

        • Lavande, to be precise. It’s a lavender flower grown specifically for cooking & food preparation. It’s really yummy!

          I haven’t tried bacchio, but believe you me, if I’d seen it in the display case, I would definitely have ordered it! The name alone….ooh la la. 🙂

    • Thanks! I had a fantastic two weeks, and am eager to show pictures. That’ll have to wait a little bit longer, I’m afraid, ’cause I seem to have contracted some kind of food- borne illness. Urgh!! An offset for all that gelato, I guess. 🙂
