They’re sweeter than I remember. Cloyingly so, but aren’t they pretty?
This image will brighten my entire day! Sweet memories of a candy we loved in my family (I use the past tense because these days my health won’t permit many sweets). They’re way too sweet for me, but wow, those vibrant colors! I like the orange slice candies–they’re fatter and a little more citrusy. My Nana used to stash them under her bed. We’d rob her blind, and she’d pretend not to notice. 🙂
Love that we can connect in so many ways, thanks to social media, but I’m wishing with all my heart that we will meet up in person one day.
