What a pretty picture. Thanks for sending us over to help bostonerin celebrate her good news! I’m so glad I’m ambidextrous so I can wave a sparkler in one hand and hold a glass of sparkly with the other
Silly girl.
Silly girl.
I just visited and congratulated her! So encouraging! Then I say your name. And I thought to myself, “Have I friended her? Yeah. I think I have. I see her name ALL the time.” Then I looked. Ack! Consider yourself friended.
Thanks for joining the party! I love making new friends, so natch, I friended you back.

Oh, and congratulations on the release of your novel, BACK TALK! You’ve got another thing to celebrate today, don’t you? I took a peek at the description on Amazon — your book sounds fabulous!
Hey thanks!! I am very excited about the release of Back Talk. Can’t wait to start hearing what people think of it!
(only problem with the amazon description is that it says it’s for kids ages 9-12, but it’s definitely for GRADES 9-12 instead).
Have a super fantabulous day. Hope you get to see some real fireworks like the ones in that pic!
I wondered, after reading the review. It certainly sounded like the characters and plot were more sophisticated than 9 – 12 year-olds would typically enjoy.
Wanna be friends? I added you to my f-list. If you’d like, add me back. Hope you have a fabulous, fireworks-filled day, too.
let’s definitely be friends! woo hoo!!
i’ve asked my editor about the amazon age thing, but he says there’s nothing they can do. Odd… i hope no 9 year olds read the book–it might freak them out! hehe
Viva la fiesta!

I don’t know Erin, but good news like this is always exciting ;D
You should totally be-friend her, Robin. I know she’d enjoy being your friend, too. She’s uber-talented and a lot of fun. I met her at Laguna Beach when she was out here on vacation. Someday, I hope to meet you in person, too!
