*Edited to add: In my humble opinion. And therein lies a clue to my mishegas.
I’d tell that 60% to stop worrying, period. There isn’t any situation in which the act of worrying will change anything besides our stress levels and dissatisfaction.
I never thought about it before, so now I’m really worried!
