After suffering from Multiple Schlerosis for almost 30 years, my sister Heidi passed away at 12:25 p.m. on Christmas Day.
Heidi was an impish little girl, with a sly smile that was offset by dimples.

We (all 9 siblings) shared a bumpy upbringing, but our paths smoothed out as we got older. Grace.
Heidi's faith remained strong, even when MS weakened her body to the point that she was barely able to lift the corners of her mouth into a smile.

Her bedridden days are over, thank goodness, and I choose to believe she's now dancing among the angels.
I will honor her by saying more at some point, but I just heard the news this morning, and this is all I can manage for now…
