Page Six or So

Which beautiful blonde breathlessly revealed she is rushing back from a fab vacation to walk the red carpet at the Grammys? Whose spa treatments does this Southern belle count on, for help in recalibrating her chi? And what impeccably dressed diva called to postpone an interview, having forgotten a previous engagement involving a luncheon and designer couture?

Next week, my agent (Nadia Cornier of Firebrand Literary) is submitting my nonfiction proposal, providing selected editors a backstage pass into the lives of these and other spectacular women I’ve met. I can’t wait for the introductions!

  1. Ooohh…sounds fascinating! Now I want to know more about you – were you a personal assistant to the stars? A make-up artist? A Hollywood socialite? GOOD LUCK with the submissions. It’s been great getting to know you – let’s keep on keeping on!

  4. A tip of my hat to you

Congrats squared. Your idea is a sure winner. People will love it. I can see the cover now, but it’s like 10 ideas all blurred into one. So have you starting wearing the same pair of socks, vowing not to wash them until your book sells? Well, it worked for Ben Roethlisberger (Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback) and his beard. Best of luck on the proposal.

Since you’re not really the intended demographic *LOL*, I especially appreciate your kind words. But the same pair of socks for, well, who knows? I can’t see it — and don’t want to smell it. Eeeew! Maybe a crisp dollar bill tucked inside my shoe? I’ll have to think about this.

Your cover ideas…I’m curious. Want to give me some clues?
